I would be happy to do a session on Drupal, but I think that really learning Git, as opposed to learning the bare number of commands you need to survive, is a really good idea. I think that it also might be more valuable to do a Drupal q&a discussion than a class.
I also think that the Gitfest bridges the gap between a class on a topic and the hacking part of a hackfest, where folks get together to actually build or fix something.
