The Associate Software Developer is a 2-year IMLS grant-funded position (with the possibility of renewal), which will perform software design, programming, planning, implementation, and other tasks involved in the creation of an open source video workflow software system called the Avalon Media System. In the course of project development, this position will collaboratively work with Northwestern University, Indiana University, and other software partners. This position will also formulate objectives, prepare technical documentation, and improve processes and tools.
