For the time being, I've disabled new account creation on the Code4Lib wiki, since essentially all new accounts are for spam. I can still create accounts manually, so let me know if you need one. Others with 'Sysop' privileges can also create them by logging in with your user and filling out the Create Account form.
I will gladly open it back up around events or regional meetings, such as the Virtual Lightning Talks and Code4Lib North. Just a reminder, the wiki and associated accounts are completely separate from the main Code4Lib site at code4lib.org.
