This is a fair point if they only all-capped Perl, which they didn't; they capped the title of the job. I'm assuming they did this for formatting reasons in the email, which should have no barring in "who's dabbling" in the community and who is not. But it also raises the point that if I were a Perl programmer, someone nitpicking about email formatting is probably not someone I would want to work with. Lisa M.
