Hi All, I have been asked to investigate the possibility of automating the creation and blocking of user accounts in ILLiad by periodic loads of user data from Symphony or Banner to the ILLiad user table.
If you have implemented this at your institution, could you please share you workflow? Did you encounter any issues setting this up? I am particularly interested identifying locations that load patron information to ILLiad from Symphony or Banner, so I might follow-up with more questions off list.
