We need to separate this from the location topic, as well. I strongly feel that we need to dedicate more resources to scholarships and stipends. I honestly believe that we should be offering a mix of 25-50 scholarships and stipends, and I would happily pay an extra $40-50 if it would help that to happen.
It would also help to have more folks working on raising money. Francis and the scholarship committee did yeoman work this year, but it needs to be a larger effort. Cary
