Incidentally, if you want to test this version of Codel standalone, you can do
so within Cake, by turning off all of the other fancy features:
tc qdisc change dev eth0 handle 1: cake unlimited raw besteffort
flowblind
This leaves you with no flow-isolation, no Diffserv support, no shaping and no
overhead compensation - just Codel and GSO peeling.
