I'm making a new app and it doesn't use the capture API anywhere at all, but it still requests audio, phone status and identity and sd card access.
I use the file system so I understand the SD card permission, I don't use anything else that should use these other permissions, or if I do I'm not aware of it. I've made no changes to the build hints from the original created for a new project in version 3.4.
