You can use the build hint windows.build.version to increment the build version each time you build. Default value is 0.0. So first build do windows.build.version=1.0
Next time windows.build.versioln=2.0 or windows.build.version=1.1 etc... The version just can't be the same as the existing one you have installed. This build version is effectively appended to the end of your app's actual version.
