I just tried installing the latest plugin and it worked for me. The simulator data is under ~/.cn1 ~/.guiBuilder and ~/.codenameone Some data is stored in the system preferences
I have Eclipse, IntelliJ & NetBeans running on the same machine without a problem in any of them.
