Google Play Store has a closed track alpha release and internal testing of an app which allows you to submit an app to the store and rollout privately.
Only the people you invite to download will have access to the app. Once they gain access, they will receive an update whenever you submit one, you don't have to broadcast, PlayStore will handle this. They can't leave feedback publicly on the app, all feedback come to you through the support email you provided.
