As part of trying to figure out the Bluetooth build issues, I installed newer versions of Eclipse and Netbeans. Since then, when I try to open a theme.res file, I get an error. I have pulled the last known working copy from my Github repo, and it has the same error as does Netbeans, so I think it is not a problem with the file itself. What could have broken by updating the IDE's?
