I haven't used that service in years so I can't tell if it's good/bad or 
anything. As far as I know there are plenty of similar services for app 
uploads.

You can't install a ready made IPA on the iOS simulator since it isn't an 
emulator. You would need to rebuild the project on xcode in a mac to run on 
the simulator and that takes time.
