I see on this page https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode-release-notes/xcode-12-release-notes that "The Xcode 12 release supports on-device debugging for iOS 9 and later" Maybe it is true for the version of XCode you have on the server too.

Is that true for you too? 4) Are those old devices also prevented from downloading my app from the AppStore?
