We updated our build servers to include xcode 12.4 and pushed out that 
update. As a result we experienced some issues related to that annual mess. 
Right now we're still defaulting to 11.3 but you should be able to 
explicitly send an xcode 12.4 build using: ios.xcode_version=12.4
Notice that we'll flip the default over the weekend so it will no longer be 
needed starting next week.
