Hi everybody, today I saw the changes in .14 version and I didn't like it,
but this is not my point.

My point is IP Maskerading. I have changed .13 version for using on my
network (irc.unirc.org), and we are not using it yet. I and my friends had
done an encryption algoritm that use RC5 for hiding user's IP or Host.

The new IP or Host is based on the real IP. If the IP resolves, visible host
turns ENCRIPTED_STUFF.host.com. If not, it turns
ENCRIPTED_STUFF.200.250.19.O , for instance.

There's no collision chance! If my visible encrypted host is
A03S5X.onda.com.br and you ban *!*@A03S5X.* , so only my machine is banned,
doesn't matter if my IP resolves or not.

I guess this is my solution, we didn't find a better way.
If Coder-Com get interested, please contact.

Note: as I could see, .14 seems to be quicker than .13 :-)
