The idea here is to protect channels right? A good way to protect channels
are to also protect them from adding a wrong user name via a typo. If it's
easy to implement, why not do it? If it's too costly resource wise then
"we" can say "it's not our problem it's the channel manager's problem"
Isn't the goal here (Undernet and cservice) a better user experience?
