I tried to use list command without going inside each channel, the server response
just gave me 321 and 323, but did not give me 322 response to show all the channels. I
had already used mIRC to join 3 channels before I used list in my code. When I first
registered the server in my code, the server did response there were 3 channels
formed. So what's the problem with using LIST.

Another question, how can I list all the invisible channels and user count in each
channel, if I can have operator priviledge.

Thanks a lot.
