it's optional, but as you said, it would only be done if the user had a
CService Account and logged in to it...
I actually think that would help out alot since opers could see abusive
usernames and remove them and ban the email address they used from regging
again. :)

Wouldn't that mean that everyone would be forced to become a "member" of
cservice? If that's the case, then by default, your cservice name would
become your registered nick (since everyone would be required to register),
which isn't allowed here :P If you're saying that registering with cservice
and thus having a hidden ident, will be voluntary, we'll still end up with
the same scenario. Am I missing something here? If so, can you clue me in?
