Its missing a new language entry (You may have seen it used on Undernet 
warning you not to give out passwords). To fix, run this from the doc/ 
directory in your gnuworld repository:

psql dbname <greeting.sql

The install doc's haven't been updated with this step yet, but if you edit 
that file and set the warning to blank, it won't try and send you the 
login notice again.
