stoney, I'm all in favour of this idea. I think it would be very helpful. I'm not a newbie, but I use the search command when I help someone find a channel they're looking for, if I am unable to, or anyone else, is unable to help them in the current channel.

As it is now, X will not output more than 10 hits. This limit makes the feature self defeating in a way because newbies are the most likely ones to use the channel search. I tried /msg x search help, and also search undernet, as a newbie is likely to do, and the 10 hit limit yielded few "good" hits. Could we add something like /msg x search blah 3 to find channels matching blah with at least 3 users on the channels? That would be a good way to get around the output limit. Or perhaps only return channels with more then 2 people on it (X+3 users). stoney` Py Fivestones [EMAIL PROTECTED]
