Actually, X also seems to have _similar_ problems when returning data 
requested with the lbanlist command:

/msg x lbanlist <#channel> <mask>

X only returns _10_ bans, but gives the message:
-X- There are more than 15 matching entries.
even if there are only 10 bans in the list.
