in 2.10.11 dbuf's are only used for input parsing, for output parsing we
use msgq's.  Amsterdam.* was using approximately 13k/14k dbuf's
yesterday, it's currently using about 4k/14k.  Amsterdam2.* is using
435 dbufs, and has only peaked at 900 odd in use (out of about 14k).

This could be related to these two servers using different event
engines (kqueue and /dev/poll) but other than that, why else would one
server see these being drastically different?
