IIRC, there were plans to convert ircu to use the ADNS library in the future
(perhaps u2.10.12), instead of the old resolver code, no?
I'm not sure, but thought to have read Hybrid 7 should compile fine under
Cygwin. So that would basically mean that .12 wouldn't require any further
modifications (once it would use ADNS) to compile under Cygwin. Correct me
if I'm wrong :)
