very good idea, very nice feature to have. i'd like to expand on that and have X /notice #channel User added usereradded to #chan at level
then if a person higher than that sees that this should not be, abuse will minimise a little more, hence less abuse mail to undernet volunteers. I'd even go as far as asking (if possible) if x can mail 400+ ops of any adds to X and a quarantine of any 400+ ops recently addedd to channel to enact any commands or limited commands for 72 hrs (3 days) (maybe just 24 hrs?) , so then the true chanops 400+ can remuser this person and then hance notify cs adbuse team of such, and that user can be tagged as fraud/abusive.
