"Welcome to the club." Seriously, which resources is it using? What net are you connected to-- number of users, number of servers, number of channels? If it's a memory problem, can you include the output of "/stats z" on the machine? If it's a CPU problem, can you include the line from "ps auwwwx" (or equivalent, for your platform) and/or the line from top?
