I have just committed the ircu2.10.11.00 release. It can be obtained from cvs by checking out (or updating) with the "-r u2_10_11" option. More details will be forthcoming, and a tar ball will be placed in the appropriate locations. This is merely a preliminary announcement so people know that it's there.
Undernet administrators may begin using this server version if they wish, but this is not a required release (yet). Servers running one of the u2.10.11 release candidates should upgrade to the released version at their earliest convenience.
