I have set up ircu2.10.10.pl18 on my server. I went through the process in the INSTALL file and ran the process. When I scan the port that I set ircd on I do get a response. However when I try to connect to the server (via mIRC) I get a Connection Time Out error. I am sure this is a case of a DFU error. Can someone please tell me what to do to fix this?
