It is possible to set up a PHP form to send an email to the abuser's ISP without revealing the IP to anyone, the PHP interface could be connected to a service on undernet and get the IP of the abuser, and then append it on the end of the email while the email itself can be written by the one who's reporting it. So the only thing the one who's reporting it would need is the users's nickname on undernet or you could also make a new command in gnuworld to report a users to an ISP - /msg X reportabuse <nickname> <explanation> - that way the service can get the name of the ISP by parsing it from the host or from the dns server and send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] this is a little far-fetched but i think it's the best way to implement something to report a user without reveiling his IP to the one who's reporting it
