That looks a lot better now. I for one have just a few points of critique left: 1) Why the capitalized font? It's rather hard to read. 2) The links in the bottom are hard to read because they're very similar in colour to the background. 3) On my fairly wide display (1600x1200), the main area starts and ends far more right than the header. That, of course, does not reduce usability in any way but it looks a little odd.
