but gonna have a other bash at it
got those errors
Config file parse error line 163: No such connection class 'Other' for Class block
Config file parse error line 165: Invalid or missing class in Client block
Config file parse error line 625: syntax error

Probably an error in ircd.conf.
Try running it as ./ircd -t -x9
