[TRAFODION-1437] Maven dependencies on JDBC local build
Maven should pull jdbc jar files from local build, not
from previous release on trafodion.org.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/svarnau/incubator-trafodion jdbc_dep
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/incubator-trafodion/pull/45.patch

Remove dependency on mvnrepo.trafodion.org
That mvnrepo URL will go away.
Now that DCS is in same repo as JDBC, it should be a local dependency
anyway.
