fix JIRA 1425 and 1432
This request is for the merge of the two fixes to the main branch.
1425: represent native HBase tables as partitioned (if so). Previously,
all such tables are modeled as single partitioned inside the compiler.
1432: compiler crashes when compile LOAD INTO salted trafodion tables
