First phase of website update.
First check-in (of several) for the web-site remake. This version
introduces a new Maven skin with corresponding changes in pom.xml and site.xml.
The pages are now coded in markdown rather than asciidoc since the Maven skin
does not work with Asciidoc-generated html files.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/gtapper/incubator-trafodion TRAFODION-1507
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

This is the first checkin for the web site update. The Maven skin has been
changed with corresponding changes in the pom.xml and site.xml files. The
rest is new content, which is now written in the markdown language.
