Logo update plus backup of draft manuals
The following changes have been made:
1. Added the official logo to web pages and PDF versions of documentation.
2. Checked in draft versions of the _Trafodion Load and Transform Guide_
and _Trafodion Control Query Default (CQD) Reference Guide_. These guides are
*not* externalized at this time.
3. Updated SQL Reference manual. Removed documentation for unsupported CQD
and updated LOAD command documentation.
4. Updated documentation to make use of the log4c++ RPM now available on
the download site.
5. Updated web-site font to use Oswald, which is what the logo uses.
6. Minor formatting changes throughout the documentation.
Please rebuild the 1.3.0 and 2.0.0 documentation to pick up the new logo
and other changes. Please update trafodion.incubator.apache.org with the
checked in content.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
