Trafodion 1905 -- New SPJ Guide
New SPJ Guide for 1.3.0 and 2.0.0.
Also fixed link issue found using the new step in
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TRAFODION/Merge+Changes#MergeChanges-PublishWebSiteUpdates

Added a new carousel for contributors on the front page.
Began the changes that prepare the documentation for TLP specifying project
name, support e-mail, etc. via variables.
