[TRAFODION-762] support HIVE data type VARCHAR and DATE
Add new HIVE data type support for VARCHAR and DATE.
There are more to add, this is the first iteration.
DATE and VARCHAR are most important, and simplest to add support for.
- DATE is used very popular
- With VARCHAR instead of string, Trafodion can get rid of
HIVE_MAX_STRING_LENGTH CQD
