[TRAFODION-2398] Edit some of the messages in range 1111-1145
Deleted some messages that are no longer used.
Edited the Messages Guide to make it conform to the messages that are there.
Edited a few of the message texts in bin/SqlciErrors.txt for clarity and
grammar.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/DaveBirdsall/incubator-trafodion
