I know the POSIX standards are (C) and cost big bucks. But ISO and ANSI
standards have a loop-hole for drafts. The most useful drafts, of
course, being the ones ultimately passed as the standard.

Can anyone point me to a URL for POSIX-1 and -2 final voting drafts?

I'm trying to tracking down some of the more squirrelly stuff around
system call errors so that libexplain can explain them. At the moment,
when the system does and does not use supplementary groups for
permissions checks is, um, interesting.
