I have been on vacation the last three weeks, so apologies for the silence 
on my end.  

I am more than happy to assist anyone who is taking this on.

FWIW, Codestriker has basic integration with issue tracking systems 
already, and there are examples with Bugzilla and Flyspray, so doing 
integration with Trac in a similar manner should not be very difficult at 
all.
