I can imagine why that would be useful in some situations. I'm sure you have seen the $email_send_options parameter in codestriker.conf. It shouldn't be too difficult to add a comments_sent_to_reviewers sub-parameter here, defaulted to 0. It shouldn't be too difficult to add this in, I'll add it to my list, unless you want a crack at implementing it? You'd need to modify lib/Codestriker/TopicListeners/Email::comment_create().
