This used to occur under IIS for a certain version of CGI.pm. What version of CGI.pm is reported when you run install.pl? Try upgrading it to see if this fixes the issue. As root, you can run a command something like: # perl -MCPAN -e 'install CGI' Also - check you apache error logs - there might be something there that can help diagnose the issue. The other possibility, is I think the uri plugin from the template toolkit has a bug in it, which is causing this. Go to template/en/default/listtopics.html.tmpl You will see a lot of text such as: | uri | html_entity Modify all versions to be just: | html_entity Restart apache, and see if that fixes the issue. I think certain version of the template toolkit have this buggy uri plugin. What version of the template toolkit was reported from install.pl?
