Hi Rick,

That sounds strange.  Do you get the same issue if you use firefox?

The STICKY flag comes from one of those overlib*.js files in the html
directory.  I take it they are all properly accessible from the
web-server?

Are you using apache or IIS?  I wonder if the web-server log files
might tell us something more.  Certainly nobody else has reported an
issue like this.  I wonder if one of those files is missing?
