Winnie, We use cvs, so we use cvs diff -uN >/some/file from the top level directory. In your case, I suspect it will be svn diff. Upload the file in the Create new topic page. As David said, Codestriker handles that very well.
You can also have a Perl script which establishes an http session with the Codestriker and creates the review, and you might think about doing that for the future. We have done that here, and it serves users really well.
