(Software- und Gesachaftsprozess-)Patente sind doch krank. Da dieses Patent auch nach amerikanischem Recht bei Klage nicht zu halten ware verdienen nur die Anwalte. Oder man andert eben das Recht ab, damit es zur Vergabepolitik passt, wie es in der EU versucht wird.
