Finde ich jetzt etwas missverständlich zitiert. Sie konnten keinen Alkohol im Bier feststellen, weil sie keine Dose der Sorte auftreiben konnten und das Draft nirgends als Bier amtlich bekannt ist. Interessanter finde ich schon den hier: "Eshelman said the law requires prosecutors to prove the beer contained at least 5 percent alcohol."
