Chris, I will play with the autowiring setting to see if it makes a difference. Fortunately, as you already know, the exception is once again benign. And thanks for the subsequent advice regarding caching and the frameworks.

Sean, after my earlier post, I did find that there was a difference in the hotfixes applied to the two servers. However, the issue seems to have been the template cache. Thanks for your help, too.
