Our CVS is integrated with JIRA and Fisheye. Moving to Subversion would require a reinstall of all 3 - and ColdSpring isn't the only project sharing the space. If by "willing to assist" you mean you have a server that could accept all three (including a database for JIRA) - please let me know.
So, yes, there's an interest - but right now it's our other infrastructure that's holding us back.
