I *think* these are 2 different error, but I'm not sure. There seems
to have been some issues with Unity regarding the data directory that
Reactor keeps generated cfcs in, that directory will need to be
flushed (or created if it doesn't exist, see the reactor list here...)
As soon as I find and can recreate this error, I will post something.
One question, what's the jvm you're running? Have you tried playing
around with that? Maybe give 1.4.2 a try or a not super recent 5
(grabbing at straws here...)

Paul,
Somebody who posted the same exact error message on the ModelGlue list
you posted has resolved their issue. Here was the suggestion. see if
it helps you as well:
"Just a hunch. Copy your data file do another safe place so you can
save any
custom functions you might have. Then delete everything in the data
folder.
After this (make sure reactor is in development mode) then reinit your
application. I bet it will work."
It turns out the person didn't even have a data folder. Once he added
that, things started working. Perhaps yours is the same problem?
Regards,
Dave.
