[coldspring-dev] property requested does not exist for bean

Greetings. I hope this is the right place to ask a newbie question.
I've got Unity setup and I've created the base Model Glue translator app in Joe's Quickstart.

ColdSpring is giving several errors, all of the type 'property requested does not exist for bean'.
The things it references are:

frameworkLoadermodelGluestateBuildercoldSpringAdaptereventLoaderormServicereactorConfigurationormController
Any quick suggestions as to the cause? I assume that it's something in my configuration, but I have yet to find it.
